This video demonstrates the deployment of advanced electronic systems in use case scenarios for supporting safe fail-operational functions covering both V2V and V2I communication, which are; vulnerable road users warning (VRUW), intersection movement assists (IMA), green light speed advice/time to green (GLOSA/TTG), emergency electronic brake light (EEBL), forward collision warning (FCW), blind-spot warning (BSW), and lane change assistant (LCA).
The AutoDrive project brought together an innovative pan-European ecosystem consisting of 61 partners representing leading semiconductor companies, vehicle manufacturers, electronic system integrators, renowned research institutes, and small-medium size enterprises (SMEs).
To develop advanced electronic components and systems for autonomous vehicles to provide fail-operational functions using novel architectures with increased reliability to manage and balance complexity, cost, robustness, and flexibility. The overall overview and most significant achievements of the AutoDrive are collected and presented in an easy, fun, and charming video, giving a clear picture of the top project results that were done within three years—making it entertaining, attractive, and informative.
